1. Selling of financial products through Tele-Calling
2. Educating clients on services offered
3. Generating Leads
5. Regular Follow ups with Clients
6. To take customer bookings for all services
7. To answer all customer enquiries regarding the services
8. Provide a high level of customer service
9. Deal competently with customer complaints and resolve the same
